DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

About the Role

Keltic is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team by developing and executing successful marketing strategies to promote our development projects. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, including brand management, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, event marketing, data management, public relations, and content creation. This role is critical in promoting a positive corporate brand image and maintaining strong external communication with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, media, and the public.

The Director of Marketing will report to the Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and Senior Vice President (“SVP”) of Business Development, and will work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall company goals.

 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportuni􀀁es and threats, and align all marke􀀁ng ini􀀁tiatives to support company strategy.

  • Manage the company’s brand, and ensure consistency across all marke􀀁ng materials and communica􀀁ons.

  • Collaborate with cross-func􀀁tional teams, including development, construction, and customer service, to ensure that market􀀁ng strategies align with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy to promote our projects and enhance our brand equity.

  • Lead the marketing team and manage all marke􀀁ng initiatives, including advertising, digital marketing, event marketing, public relations, content creation, and data analysis.

  • Execute marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and events, to generate leads and drive sales.

  • Develop and execute project launch plans in collaboration with project development and sales teams.

  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics.

  • Build and maintain the database for the real estate por􀀂tfolio, ensuring reliable, accurate, and up-to-date information about properties, prospects, and clients.

  • Provide timely data analysis of real estate trends, market condi􀀁ons, and customer preferences to support decision-making and marke􀀁ng strategy formulation.

  • Develop and maintain rela􀀁onships with key partners, agencies, and vendors to support marke􀀁ting ini􀀁tiatives.

  • Drive and promote creati􀀁ve designs and concepts to develop marke􀀁ting campaigns and materials that align with project goals and stand out in the competiti􀀁􀀁ve market.

  • Manage and supervise customer care func􀀁tions and work closely with the sales and construction team to ensure our customer service quality and owner/buyers experience meets desired standards.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, or manager level, in a real estate development company.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.

  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness in collaborating with partners and delivering compelling content.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and keep relationships with industry partners.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth with developers.

  • Experience leading and managing teams, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources to maximize return on marketing budget.

  • Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools.

  • Strong project management skills, schedule management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
