The Keltic Way

Since 2016, we have been dedicated to developing exceptional homes and commercial spaces that bring people together and strengthen the fabric of their communities.

Inspired by Vancouver and energized by its diversity, our team at Keltic recognized the city’s immense potential for real estate development, and launched its first project, Coco, in 2016. A resounding success, Keltic has since gone on to deliver over 1 million square feet of space and has an additional 13 million square feet in production.

In addition to residential developments, Keltic has diversified with commercial and institutional developments and resort communities. Our focus on integrity, quality, and innovation across all projects has allowed them to achieve unprecedented growth.

We are passionate about people. Our vision is to continue building a brand that is recognized for industry-leading design, quality, and innovation. We develop homes and spaces that connect people and enhance the lives and well-being of the communities we create. Our team thinks outside the box, challenges the limits of design, and leaves a positive, long-lasting impact on people, places, and the environment.
